In the Spring of 2010 our community lost a wonderful young man. Freddy Morganti was a typical 13 year old who lived life to the fullest. Freddy was a lover of sports, especially baseball, football and wrestling. Freddy became ill and died unexpectedly the day of his first Jr. High baseball game.
In his honor his parents have created the Frederick J Morganti III Memorial Scholarship. Each year this scholarship is awarded to three graduating seniors that have excelled at the sports Freddy loved.
