How to register for the 5k run

Registration prior to September 30, 2012 is $20.  After this date and on race day registration will be $25.

Each participant will receive a Tech Shirt to commemorate the running of the 3rd Annual Forever Young 5K.

There are two ways to pre-register......

1. The first is to download the pdf of the entry form and mail it with a check to the address noted on the form.
2. Register online at Active.com using the link provided.  There will be a small fee on top of your registration amount but it is a nice and easy way to sign-up for this event.
